When plans change.

Contact Archita on WhatsApp or email as soon as you know you need to change a booking. Keep your booking and payment confirmation so the request can be matched.

Written chat readings

You can cancel for a full refund before Archita begins work on the reading. If you are unsure whether work has started, ask before making a cancellation decision. Once the agreed reading has been prepared or delivered, refunds are not offered solely because the interpretation or outcome differs from expectations.

Audio calls

Before your session starts, you can cancel for a full refund or ask to reschedule. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so the time can be offered to someone else. There is no separate cancellation fee.

If you miss a session, contact Archita to arrange another mutually available time or request a refund for the undelivered reading. A new appointment is confirmed directly with Archita.

If Archita cannot provide the reading

If Archita cancels or cannot deliver the agreed service, you can choose a full refund for the undelivered service or a mutually agreed replacement time.

Technical problems and non-delivery

If a connection problem interrupts a call, contact Archita promptly to arrange the remaining time or review a refund for an undelivered portion. If a written reading has not arrived by the agreed delivery time, ask for an update, a revised delivery agreement, or a refund for the undelivered service.

Refund requests

Send the booking name, date, payment reference, and reason to architadon@gmail.com or WhatsApp Archita. Never share an OTP, PIN, password, or full card number.

Eligible refunds are initiated within seven business days after the request and payment are verified, normally using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to settle the refund. Duplicate payments and service-delivery errors are reviewed individually.
